Just a quick update while Lyra is taking a short nap. Maren and I have switched duties, so she's now back at work and I'm at home with Lyra. This is our first few days with this schedule and so far so good.
The big challenge for me is that Lyra battles me over the bottle. I feel kind of guilty giving it to her because she definitely doesn't want it, however she will start drinking given enough time. So we have a wonderful half-hour where she cries until she starts sucking on the bottle, then cries more, sucks more, etc. She'll eventually get a couple ounces, but it's quite an event.
She is growing well though. Recently we took her to the pediatrician and she weighed over 10 lbs.
